Terms of stay

If you plan to check in earlier than the standard time, the following additional charges are possible:
00:00 – 05:59 — additional payment of 100% of the cost per night
06:00 – 11:59 — additional payment of 50% of the cost per night
12:00 – 14:59 — free of charge, subject to availability of rooms

Late check-out
If you check out later than the standard time, the following conditions are possible:
12:01 – 17:59 — additional payment of 50% of the cost per night
18:00 – 23:59 — additional payment of 100% of the cost per night

Booking cancellation

You can cancel your reservation for free no later than 24 hours before arrival.
In case of a later cancellation or no-show, a fee may be charged according to the terms of the tariff.

Additional conditions:

— Early check-in and late check-out are provided whenever possible and may require additional payment
— An extra bed can be accommodated in the Deluxe and Family Suite categories upon request.
— Placement of children:
• children under 5 years old — free of charge (without providing a separate bed)
• children under 13 years old — with a 50% discount on the cost of additional accommodation
